Castle of Kindness Refugee Sponsorship Group
The Castle of Kindness Refugee Sponsorship Group formed in 2019 in Canberra. Felicity Banks is the coordinator.
The group aims to support refugees to Australia in numerous ways including English practice, introductions to locals and local groups, orientation to the new neighbourhood, assisting with paperwork and employment, and much more.

Money stuff: Donations to the Castle of Kindness are not tax deductible at this stage. If for some reason the Castle of Kindness was unable to sponsor refugees, we would gift all funds raised to another refugee sponsorship group connected to Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (there are over eighty groups around Australia, and more forming all the time).
Felicity Banks is the author of several fiction books as well as “Welcome to Australia”, a multilingual picture book designed for refugee and immigrant kids to read with their parents. You can buy it here, read the English here, or read the Indonesian/Malay version here.
